All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday), excluding Sundays and U.S. public holidays. Once your order is confirmed, our fulfillment team will prepare it for shipment promptly.

2. Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard shipping transit time is 3–5 business days (Monday–Saturday), depending on your location within the U.S. Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen carrier issues.

3. Order Cutoff Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Cost
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders — no minimum required. Enjoy jewelry shopping with zero delivery fees!

We use reliable shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, depending on the size, weight, and delivery destination of your order.

6. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to activate after the shipment leaves our warehouse.

Please ensure your shipping details are complete and accurate. Mona & Co Jewelry is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided during checkout.

8. Order Changes or Cancellations

9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at monaandcojewelry@gmail.com. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and assist in resolving it promptly. Please retain all original packaging for documentation purposes.
